CONSRTUCYION OF 220 SQ. MV.I.P RESTAURANT
Manufactured, supplied, installed, and furnished a 12-table V.I.P. restaurant at the CPP camp in Majnoon Oil Field, featuring a structural steel frame and 10cm sandwich panel walls/roof.
CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECT SHED NO. 4 FOR DURRAT AL KHALEEJ PURE WATER PLANT:
Constructed a (12 x 60) sq. m shed using a steel structure and concrete block side walls, with reinforced concrete smooth pavement floors.
CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR STANDING PIPE FILTERS OF 120 M3/DAY EACH:
Installed four sand filters (two at 5.5m and two at 4.5m height, all 120cm dia.) with well-graded natural aggregate media and complete piping systems; the project also included a 100 m³ steel tank for collecting pure water.
CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE OF KOREK COMMUNICATION TOWERS WITH NOKIA AND SIEMENS
This Contract includes manufacturing, installing, and maintaining of ATS and MDV
control panels for Korek communication towers in the southern region of Iraq (Basra,
Nasiriya, Amara, and Kuot). The contract also includes undertaking periodic inspection
and maintenance works ongenerators, AC units, AC controllers, and fuel supplements
for these towers. The total number of towers included in this contract is 150 towers.
WATER SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH CPP,CHINA (STILL VALID):
In this Agreement, RAI is committed to supplying pure potable water to CPP Camp
and work sites in Majnoon oil eld. The supplements of water are productions of Durrat
Al Khaleej Pure Water Plant which is owned and operated by Mr.Dhyaa Abdulla
Gudhaib, , RAI Co.
CONSTRUCTION OF CIVIL WORKS FOR AN ASSEMBLY TENT PROJECT
Completed civil works for a 625 sq.m large assembly tent at the CPP China camp in Majnoon Oil Field, including site cut, fill, and compaction.
- Placing of precast concrete elements.
- Construction of footings (foundations).
- Laying of sanitary and rainfall sewer systems.
- Pouring of the ground floor concrete slab.
- Placing ceramic tiles for the ground floor.
- Installing a main electrical distribution board.
CHINA PETROLEUM PIPELINE BUREAU (CPP) CAMP EXTENSION WORKS
Completed civil and fence works, plus associated services, for the (100 x 110) sq. m CPP camp at Majnoon Oil Field; civil works included multi-layer backfilling/compaction, and fence works involved a 2.50m BRC mesh fence (300m long) with electrical and lighting installation.
ABU AL KHASEEB SEWERS PROJECT BASRA
- Excavating and Backfilling: Excavating and backfilling sewer paths.
- Construction Material Procurement: Procurement of construction materials such as: cement, steel, wood, bricks, and pipes.
- Bulk Material Supply: Supplying backfilling materials such as sand, gravel, and selective mixed granular materials (sub-base).
- Paving: Paving sidewalks with interlocked paving stones.
EXTENSION OF DGS NORTH GAS OUT
This project involved the development of the DGS North Gas Project located in Hammar Mushrif, Zubair, Basra. The client consortium for this major initiative was STX – ENI – ZFOD. The comprehensive Scope of Work included the installation of driven piles, steel structures, and large-diameter piping (24-inch and 32-inch), in addition to Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) works. Specialized services like Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) were also executed as part of the contract.
The project commenced in 2019 with a planned duration of 12 months and was successfully completed as scheduled.
CONSTRUCTION AND ASPHALT PAVING OF 8MAIN STREETS IN BASRA CITY
RAI Co., in a joint venture with Ashab Al Fikr Co., successfully constructed 8 main streets in Basra city for Bamboosh Co. India.
The project included the paving of the following streets, totaling over 139,831 sq.m (Sum of all listed areas):
- Ibn Ghazwan Hospital Street: 12,572 sq.m
- Al Janabi Street: 14,000 sq.m
- Pediatrics Hospital Street: 24,358 sq.m

CIVIL WORKS IN BASRA SPORTS CITY
RAI successfully accomplished civil works within the Basra Sports City project. This work was executed under the main contractor, Abdullah Al Joburi Co., and was subject to direct supervision by the American consultants, 360 Architecture and Newport Global.
- Earthworks: Backfilling, leveling, grading, and compacting eight zones, each measuring (100 x 100) meters.
- Paving: Construction of asphaltic road coating.
- Logistics: Supplying all necessary materials, including sand, gravel, sub-base filling material, and asphalt paving materials, utilizing RAI's internal resources.
