HISTORICAL REVEW
(RAI) was founded in 2009 and established with a foundation certificate (M, SH 02/69270) issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Trade on February 10, 2009. The company's initial capital was set at Five Billion (5,000,000,000) Iraqi Dinars, which equates to more than Four Million (4,000,000) US Dollars. RAI holds a First-Degree classification for construction contracts and a Fifth-Degree classification for mechanical and electrical contracts. RAI maintains branches in Baghdad, Najaf, and Karbala. The company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is Mr. Diya Abdulla Guayaba, a dynamic and experienced businessman with ambitious plans to guide RAI toward sustained success.
