GRE PIPE FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION FOR WATER TREATMENT PLANT AT MAJNOON
The scope involved the Fabrication and Installation of GRE pipes for the water treatment plant in the Majnoon Oil Field. The main contractor was CPP, working for Shell Petroleum (SIPD).
This job was conducted under direct supervision from Shell. Notably, our staff received specialized training for this project in the UAE, provided by the NOV Company.
Our staff demonstrated superior work skills and speed compared to the CPP staff, earning high praise from Shell on numerous occasions for their commitment to work quality and strict adherence to Safety Standards. This excellent performance has significantly enhanced our company's reputation within the Majnoon Oil Field. This proficiency was further evidenced by the team's ability to pass all pre-certification written and field tests and complete the project ahead of schedule. Currently, our company is successfully executing GRE joints inside the H₂S area of the CPF substation. Each project phase contained more than 2,000 joints.
